The holding model
Each operating business is a separate Wyoming limited liability company. This keeps the activities, liabilities, and books of one venture cleanly apart from another, while the parent corporation holds and directs them all.
The long view
In time, the corporation is intended to sit beneath a multi-layer trust structure. That arrangement is not yet in place — but the foundation is being laid now, so that what is built can pass on intact.
